About Mr Peter Asaad
Hello, I’m Mr. Peter Asaad, a Consultant General and Colorectal Surgeon with 17 years’ experience in the NHS. I treat a range of conditions, from gallstones and hernias to bowel cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, and common issues like piles or fistulas. I also support patients with stoma formation and reversal.
I see patients at Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh NHS Trust, as well as privately in Chester and Manchester. My goal is simple: to understand your symptoms, explain things clearly, and work with you to agree the best plan – whether that’s reassurance, tests, treatment, or surgery.
